This is a super easy recipe for shiso syrup!
If you mix it with sparkling water and squeezed lemon it makes a great lemonade. And to make a cocktail you can just add vodka to the lemonade ᵔᴥᵔ !
- approx. 100g shiso leaves
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- put water and sugar in a pot and boil it until the sugar dissolves
- add shiso leaves and turn to low heat
- after 5 min take the pot down from the stove
- take out the shiso leaves after 30 min and let the syrup cool down
